Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program that aligns with national and international standards.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the primary school, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in school events and activities to build strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve the school's offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies.
  • Represent the school in community and educational forums.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary school education, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian education system and curriculum.
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
