📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and detailed quantity surveys for interior design and build projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Use software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project to create and manage project schedules and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is progressing according to plan.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and cost plans.
• Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring that they remain within budget.
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior design and build industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to construction and building.
• Familiarity with software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
