📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the group's financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work with Oracle Hyperion to automate and streamline the financial consolidation process.
• Collaborate with the Group Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using Oracle Hyperion and other financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
