📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document business requirements for digital banking products and services.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital banking and agile methodologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fintech or digital banking industry.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
