In this role, you will collaborate with managers and employees to understand their needs and concerns, and develop strategies to improve morale and productivity. You will also organize team-building activities, surveys, and feedback sessions to gather insights and implement actionable improvements. With your expertise in employee relations, you will help Karang Mas Sejahtera cultivate a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and morale.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics using tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace.
• Create and distribute regular reports on employee engagement initiatives and outcomes to the HR team and management.
• Stay updated on best practices in employee relations and engagement through continuous learning and professional development.
• Represent the HR department at company-wide events and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role, with a strong background in employee engagement.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Certification in employee relations or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
