📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts using our recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
• Work closely with the head baker to learn and improve baking techniques.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with orders and inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our baking processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food production environment.
• Familiarity with baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
