📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.,Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect the company's data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.,Document all IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Windows Server and Active Directory.,Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server or MySQL.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
