📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the finance shared services team.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Support the monthly and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and analysis for management reporting.,Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.,Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
