📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement media buying strategies to maximize ROI for our clients' advertising campaigns.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.,Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for advertising.,Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.,Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising technologies.,Train and mentor junior media buyers and advertising specialists as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying and paid advertising, with a focus on digital platforms.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing advertising campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.,Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
