Macquarie Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing financial risks associated with our clients and investments. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure that our financial strategies are aligned with our clients' objectives and that our risk management processes are robust and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment for clients and investments,Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures,Monitor and report on credit risk exposures and trends,Provide advice and recommendations to senior management on credit risk management strategies,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk management,Provide training and support to junior team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field,10+ years of experience in credit risk analysis and management,Strong knowledge of credit risk models and techniques,Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
