📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and track sales leads and opportunities
• Provide technical support to customers and clients
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and technical strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales and technical performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and technical services
• Strong understanding of technical products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
