Sri Binaraya Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Supervisor to join our construction team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and subcontractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate safety records and reports, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.,Promote a culture of safety within the organization, encouraging employees to report hazards and participate in safety initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in safety and health management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and health management in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Professional (e.g., CSP, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successfully implementing safety initiatives and improving safety performance.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
