As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.,Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates.,Organize and manage job postings on various job portals and company websites.,Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Prepare job descriptions and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
