📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that production goals are met and that there is adequate supply of raw materials and other resources.,Ensure that all production processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of production planners and supervisors to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and implement them in our operations.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that production plans align with customer demands and market trends.,Ensure that production costs are controlled and that there is a continuous improvement in cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and management in the building materials industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and the ability to develop and implement effective production plans.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in the use of production planning software and tools.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of production planners and supervisors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the building materials industry.
