📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and coordinate the staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Optimize inventory management and procurement to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to comply with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
