📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
• Train and supervise new hires, ensuring they are competent in their roles.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure all results meet quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and standards, such as ISO, GLP, or other industry-specific certifications.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instruments, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.
