PT Sumber Berkah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Crew Outlet to join our team in Sanur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of outlet crew members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of outlet crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop new team members to meet company standards and expectations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
