Warung Indra Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Barista/Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage the cash register and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 lbs.
