📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating effective job descriptions.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
