🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing teams and processes in a fast-paced environment,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
