Makmur Fajar Auto Service is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. We are a growing auto service company in Manado, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and can help us build a strong and motivated team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
