📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes,Supervise and mentor the kitchen staff,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients,Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service,Participate in staff training and development programs,Maintain accurate records of food costs and sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field,Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus
