📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collect, clean, and process market data from various sources, including sales reports, customer surveys, and industry trends.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to support supply chain planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce waste.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve market and supply chain performance.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in data analysis or supply chain management is a plus.
