• Identify and approach potential customers in Bali, assessing their creditworthiness and loan requirements.
• Facilitate loan approvals by gathering necessary documentation and submitting applications to the underwriting team.
• Use our proprietary software, including our loan origination system and customer relationship management tools, to manage your workflow and track customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the team's success by participating in sales targets and performance metrics.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and develop your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, with a focus on loan origination and customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
