📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Implement and enforce inventory control systems to prevent losses and shortages.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and productivity.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of inventory control and logistics best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
