In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet quality standards.,Manage and mentor production team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.,Report on production progress and identify areas for improvement.,Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with production management software is a plus.,Ability to travel as required by the job.
