📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure that all team members are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
