📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire claims cycle, from initial submission to final approval, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Leverage Eclaims and SAP to streamline claims processing and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with our claims team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient claims processing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare insurance claims processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our claims processing services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our claims processing policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of our claims team and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare insurance claims processing, with a strong background in managing high-volume claims.
• Proven experience using Eclaims and SAP for claims processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare insurance regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
