📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve overall store objectives,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
