📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet maintenance and repairs.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance and fuel consumption records.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of fleet reports and documentation.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in managing and maintaining the fleet database.,Assist in the organization and planning of fleet-related activities and events.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or fleet management industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
