📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Present products and services to potential clients and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and building materials industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
