📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and present customized sales proposals to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our dental services.,Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries to address their needs and concerns.,Track and manage sales performance, setting and achieving quarterly targets.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our dental services and participate in trade shows and events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of dental products, services, and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
