📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and optimize club facilities, including sports courts, swimming pools, and recreational areas.
• Coordinate with the team to develop and implement innovative programs and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.

• Strong understanding of sports and recreation management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
