Sentral Gita Store is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in-store and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's cleanliness and presentation.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
